PART XI--CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS PERMITS UNDER REPEALED ACT
113. A permit in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this Act continues in force for the remainder of the period for which it would, but for this Act, have remained in force, and the repealed Act continues to apply to the permit holder for the period for which it continues in force, as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
