Dangerous Goods (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1987

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Dangerous Goods Ordinance 1984

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1987.1

Schedule—Part 2

2. The Schedule to the Dangerous Goods Ordinance 19842 is amended:

(a) by omitting paragraph (c) in the third column of item 30 in Part 2 and substituting the following paragraph:

“(c) Omit from subclause (2) all the words after ‘fireworks’.”; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (d) in the third column of item 30 in Part 2 the following paragraph:

“(da) Insert in subclause (3) ‘, on payment of the determined fee,’ after ‘person’ (first occurring).”.
