An Ordinance to amend the Dangerous Goods Ordinance 1984

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1987.¹

Schedule—Part 2

2. The Schedule to the Dangerous Goods Ordinance 1984² is amended:

(a) by omitting paragraph (c) in the third column of item 30 in Part 2 and substituting the following paragraph:

“(c) Omit from subclause (2) all the words after ‘fireworks’.”; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (d) in the third column of item 30 in Part 2 the following paragraph:

“(da) Insert in subclause (3) ‘, on payment of the determined fee,’ after ‘person’ (first occurring).”.
