An Ordinance to amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1989.¹

Judgment by default, confession or agreement—interest

2. Section 227B of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982² is amended by inserting in subsection (1) “under section 227A” after “claimed” (first occurring).
