Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts A reference in a provision of this Act to the Copyright Act,
1911, in relation to any time before the commencement of this Act, shall, for
the purposes of the application of that provision in relation to a State or a
Territory, be read as a reference to the Copyright Act, 1911 as it applied in
that State or Territory at that time.
