Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The moral rights of the author of a work are in addition to any other rights in relation to the work that the author or anyone else has under this Act.
(2) The moral rights of a performer in a live performance or
recorded performance are in addition to any other rights in relation to the
performance that the performer or anyone else has under this Act.
