Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Notwithstanding anything in Part III, copyright does not subsist by virtue of that Part in a work first published before the commencement of this Act unless copyright subsisted in the work under the Copyright Act, 1911 immediately before the commencement of this Act.
(2) The last preceding subsection does not apply in relation to
a work to which Division 5 applies.
