Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Division 3 of Part V does not apply in relation to
a licence granted before the commencement of this Act and does not affect any
proceedings under the Copyright Act, 1911, whether instituted before or after
the commencement of this Act.
