Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts No omission in the Roll or in the certified list of voters or an
approved list of voters of any Christian or given name, or entry of a wrong
Christian or given name, sex, date of birth or address and no mistake in the
spelling of any surname, shall warrant the rejection at any polling of any
claim to vote if the voter is sufficiently identified in the opinion of the
presiding officer, a polling official, or a voting officer within the meaning
of Division 3 of Part XVA, and no elector shall be disqualified
from voting under the name appearing on the Roll because his or her surname
has been changed by marriage.
