Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an interim claim or a final claim has not been determined by the Electoral Commission, the agent specified in subsection 297(1) who made the claim may vary the claim.
(2) To avoid doubt, a claim may be varied after the period mentioned in paragraph 298B(1)(b).
(3) The varied interim claim or varied final claim must be in the approved form.
(4) For the purposes of this Act, the Electoral Commission is
taken to have received the interim claim or final claim (as the case requires)
at the time the claim is varied.
