Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts An augmented Electoral Commission for a State shall state, in
writing, its reasons for the determination made by it under subsection
73(1) and any member of the augmented Electoral Commission who disagrees with
the determination may state in writing the reasons for his or her
disagreement.
