Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Home Affairs Secretary may, in writing, delegate any or all of his or her powers and functions under sections 315C, 315E and 315F to the Director - General of Security.
(2) In exercising a power or performing a function under a
delegation under subsection (1), the Director - General of Security
must comply with any directions of the Home Affairs Secretary.
