Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 317ZB of this Act is enforceable under Part 6 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 .
(2) The Communications Access Co - ordinator is an authorised person in relation to section 317ZB of this Act for the purposes of Part 6 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 .
(3) The Federal Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) are relevant courts in relation to section 317ZB of this Act for the purposes of Part 6 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 .
Extension to external Territories etc.
(4) Part 6 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 , as it applies in relation to section 317ZB of this Act, extends to:
(a) every external Territory; and
(b) acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia.
