Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director - General of Security may, by writing, delegate any or all of the functions or powers of the Director - General of Security under Division 2, 3 or 6 to a senior position - holder (within the meaning of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 ).
(2) A delegate must comply with any written directions of the
Director - General of Security.
