Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts"certified agreement" has the meaning given by section 338.
(a) war, war - like conflict or war - like operations; or
(d) earthquakes, floods, fire, cyclones, storms or other disasters (whether natural or resulting from the acts or omissions of humans).
"draft agreement" means a draft agreement prepared under section 337.
"network survivability" means the ability of a telecommunications network, or
of a facility, to continue to function in times of crisis.
