Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person (the applicant ) may apply to the ACMA for a permit authorising the applicant, and such other persons as are from time to time nominated by the applicant, to:
(a) connect specified customer equipment to a telecommunications network or to a facility; and
(b) maintain such a connection.
The permit is called a connection permit .
(2) A person (the applicant ) may apply to the ACMA for a permit authorising the applicant, and such other persons as are from time to time nominated by the applicant, to:
(a) connect specified customer cabling to a telecommunications network or to a facility; and
(b) maintain such a connection.
The permit is called a connection permit .
