Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The numbering plan must impose the following requirements in relation to an application for the allocation of a number otherwise than in accordance with an allocation system determined under section 463:
(a) a requirement that the application must be accompanied by the charge (if any) fixed by a determination under section 60 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005 ;
(b) a requirement that the applicant must tender the amount of charge (if any) imposed on the allocation by Part 2 of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997 .
(2) If an applicant tenders an amount as mentioned in paragraph
(1)(b), but the application is not successful, the amount is to be
refunded to the applicant.
