The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:

Part 1 Preliminary matters
1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Emergency Legislation Amendment Act 2020.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day after the day on which the Administrator's assent to this Act is declared.

Part 2 Amendment of Public and Environmental Health Act 2011
3 Act amended

This Act amends the Public and Environmental Health Act 2011.
