The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Associations Incorporation (Miscellaneous)
Amendment Act 2019.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Section 19(2)(b)—delete paragraph (b)

Section 24(3)(b)—delete paragraph (b)

Section 64—after paragraph (c) insert:
or
(d) by transmitting it to the incorporated association by email to an
email address provided to the Commission by the incorporated association for
that purpose (in which case the process, notice, or other document will be taken
to have been served at the time of transmission).
