The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Assisted Reproductive Treatment (Equality
of Access) Amendment Act 2012.
This Act will come into operation on a day to be fixed by
proclamation.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

of Assisted Reproductive Treatment
Act 1988
4—Amendment
of section 9—Conditions of registration
Section 9(1)(c)(i) and (ii)—delete subparagraphs (i)
and (ii) and substitute:
(i) if, having regard to all of the circumstances of a particular woman,
the woman would be unlikely to become pregnant other than by assisted
reproductive treatment;
