The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Children's Protection (Reporting of
Suspected Criminal Offence) Amendment Act 2010.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

offence
If the Chief Executive is of the opinion that there is some information or
evidence leading to a reasonable suspicion that a criminal offence has been
committed in relation to a child, the Chief Executive must, as soon as
reasonably practicable, report the matter to the Commissioner of
Police.
