The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Police (GST Exemption) Amendment
Act 2013.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Section 76(2)—after paragraph (b) insert:
(ba) may fix fees and provide for the payment, recovery, refund, waiver or
reduction of such fees; and
