The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Road Traffic (Emergency Vehicles) Amendment
Act 2011.
This Act will come into operation 1 month after the day on which it is
assented to by the Governor.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Act 1961
4—Amendment
of section 83—Speed while passing emergency vehicle with flashing
lights
Section 83(1)(a)—delete "40 kilometres per hour" and
substitute:
25 kilometres per hour
