The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Security and Investigation Agents (Crowd
Controller Licence Suspension) Amendment Act 2007.
This Act will come into operation 6 months after the day on which it is
assented to by the Governor.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

4—Amendment of
section 23A—Circumstances in which Commissioner may suspend security
agents licence
Section 23A(1)—delete "Subject to section 23B, if" and
substitute:

(1) Section 23E(1)—delete "or 23B"
(2) Section 23E(1)—delete "either of those sections" and
