The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Delegate Ministers)
Act 2007.
This Act will come into operation on the day on which it is assented to by
the Governor.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Section 9A—delete the section

Section 6A(1)—delete "Every Minister of the Crown who is not a member
of the Executive Council and any" and substitute:
