The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Sexual Reassignment Repeal
Act 2014.
This Act will come into operation 6 months after it is assented to by
the Governor.
Part 2—Repeal

Act 1988
The Sexual
Reassignment Act 1988 is repealed.
