Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Adelaide
Dolphin Sanctuary Act) Proclamation 2005
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary Act)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary Act 2005
is committed to the Minister for Environment and Conservation.
