Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets, Rights
and Liabilities to Minister for Water Security)
Proclamation 2007
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Transfer of Assets, Rights and Liabilities to Minister for Water Security)
Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Transfer of certain assets,
rights and liabilities
The assets, rights or liabilities of the Minister for Government
Enterprises or the Minister for Infrastructure attributable to any function or
other activity of the South Australian Water Corporation are transferred to the
Minister for Water Security.
