Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Ambulance Services Act) Proclamation 2004

under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Ambulance Services Act) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Health

The administration of the Ambulance Services Act 1992 is committed to the Minister for Health.
