Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery Act) Proclamation 2021
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery Act) Proclamation 2021.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on 1 July 2021.
3—Administration of Act committed to Treasurer
The administration of the Fines Enforcement and Debt Recovery Act 2017
is committed to the Treasurer.
