Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Industry
Assistance Contracts) Proclamation 2005
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Transfer of Industry Assistance Contracts)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation will come into operation on 1 July 2005.
3—Transfer of certain assets,
rights and liabilities
The assets, rights or liabilities of the Minister for Industry and Trade or
the Minister for Economic Development attributable to any contract or other
instrument entered into or created in relation to the administration or
application of the Industry Investment Attraction Fund, the Rail
Reform Transition Program or the Structural Adjustment Fund for South
Australia are transferred to the Treasurer.
