Administrative Arrangements (Constitution of Minister as Body Corporate) Proclamation 2011
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Constitution of Minister as Body Corporate) Proclamation 2011.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Constitution of Minister as body corporate
The Minister for Workers Rehabilitation is constituted as a body corporate.
