Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Occupational Licensing National Law (South Australia) Act) Proclamation 2011
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Occupational Licensing National Law (South Australia) Act) Proclamation 2011.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Consumer Affairs
The administration of the Occupational Licensing National Law (South Australia) Act 2011 is committed to the Minister for Consumer Affairs.
