Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Payroll
Tax Act) Proclamation 2009
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Payroll Tax Act) Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Treasurer
The administration of the Payroll Tax Act 2009 is committed to
the Treasurer.
