Administrative Arrangements (Administration of
Residential Parks Act) Proclamation 2007
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Residential Parks Act) Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Residential Parks Act 2007 is
committed to the Minister for Consumer Affairs.
