Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Terrorism
(Preventative Detention) Act) Proclamation 2006
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Terrorism (Preventative Detention) Act)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Terrorism (Preventative Detention)
Act 2005 is committed to the Attorney-General.
