Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister)
Proclamation 2008
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(References to Minister) Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
A reference to the Chief Secretary in the Lottery and Gaming
Act 1936 will have effect as if it were a reference to the Minister for
Gambling.
