Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister) Proclamation 2013
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Interpretative provision
A reference to the "Minister", "Minister of the Crown", or "Minister for the Arts", in the constitution (as amended from time to time) of an incorporated association listed in Schedule 1 will have effect as if it were a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for the Arts.
