Proclamation 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Authorised Betting Operations Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2004.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
Sections 48 and 49 of the Authorised Betting Operations
Act 2000 (No 95 of 2000) will come into operation on 30 April
2004.
