1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Land Rights (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
The Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Land Rights (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2016
(No 38 of 2016) (other than section 13) will come into operation on 1 January 2017.
Note—
Section 13 of the Act comes into operation on 1 July 2017—see section 2(2) of the Act.
