This proclamation may be cited as the Broken Hill Proprietary Company's
Steel Works Indenture (Environmental Authorisation) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005.
The Broken Hill Proprietary Company's Steel Works Indenture
(Environmental Authorisation) Amendment Act 2005 (No 48 of 2005) will come
into operation on 3 November 2005.
