Mining (Revocation of Private Mine)
Proclamation 2009
under section 73N of the Mining Act 1971
1 The following area was declared to be a private mine by proclamation on
19 July 1973 (Gazette 19.7.1973 p286):
Portions of block 5 and portion of block 6 of the subdivision of
section 2001, hundreds of Kanmantoo and Monarto, county of Sturt, being all
the land comprised and described in certificate of title, register book,
volume 3765, folio 126, the aforesaid land being also portion of the
land comprised and described in certificate of title, register book,
volume 3048, folio 172.
2 The Warden's Court has declared (on 4 November 2008 in Action
No 280 of 2008) that proper grounds exist for revoking the declaration
referred to in clause 1.
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining (Revocation of Private
Mine) Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The declaration referred to in clause 1 of the preamble is
revoked.

clause 2 of the preamble and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council
