National Electricity (South Australia) (Australian Energy Regulator—Wholesale Market Monitoring) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Electricity (South Australia) (Australian Energy Regulator—Wholesale Market Monitoring) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement of remaining provisions
The following provisions of the National Electricity Law set out in the Schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996
, inserted into the National Electricity Law by section 6 of the National Electricity (South Australia) (Australian Energy Regulator—Wholesale Market Monitoring) Amendment Act 2016
(No 56 of 2016), will come into operation on 13 December 2018:
(a) section 18D(1)(b);
(b) section 18D(2) to (6) (inclusive).
