National Parks and Wildlife (Bookmark Biosphere Trust)
Proclamation 2003
under section 45L of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1 By proclamation made under section 45B(1) of the National Parks and
Wildlife Act 1972 on 8 April 1993 (Gazette 8.4.1993 p1255) a
Development Trust was established and designated the Murraylands Conservation
Trust.
2 By proclamation made under section 45B(3) of the Act on 28 November 1996
(Gazette 28.11.1996 p1746) the Trust was varied and renamed as the
Bookmark Biosphere Trust.
3 It is now intended that the Trust be dissolved.
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife
(Bookmark Biosphere Trust) Proclamation 2003.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
In this proclamation—
Bookmark Biosphere Trust means the Development Trust (as
varied) referred to in the preamble;
the General Reserves Trust means the Development Trust of
that name established by proclamation under section 45B of the National Parks
and Wildlife Act 1972 on 30 November 1978 (Gazette 30.11.1978
p2096), as varied.
4—Dissolution of Bookmark
Biosphere Trust
The Bookmark Biosphere Trust is dissolved.
5—Disposal of assets and
liabilities of Trust
The assets and liabilities of the Bookmark Biosphere Trust are transferred
to the General Reserves Trust.
