National Parks and Wildlife (Ediacara Conservation Park) Proclamation 2016
under section 30(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Ediacara Conservation Park) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Ediacara Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Ediacara Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Sections 276 and 1560, Out of Hundreds (Copley).
