National Parks and Wildlife (Wahgunyah Conservation Park) Proclamation 2018
under section 30(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Wahgunyah Conservation Park) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Wahgunyah Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Wahgunyah Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Allotment 57 in Deposited Plan 67302, Hundred of Wookata, County of Hopetoun;
Allotment 102 in Deposited Plan 114134, Hundred of Wookata, County of Hopetoun.
