National Parks and Wildlife (Baudin, Lashmar and Lesueur Conservation Parks) Proclamation 2014
under section 30(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Baudin, Lashmar and Lesueur Conservation Parks) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Baudin Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Baudin Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Sections 91 and 525, Hundred of Dudley, County of Carnarvon.
4—Alteration of boundaries of Lashmar Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Lashmar Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Sections 429, 430 and 557, Hundred of Dudley, County of Carnarvon.
5—Alteration of boundaries of Lesueur Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Lesueur Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Section 550, Hundred of Dudley, County of Carnarvon;
Allotment 11 in Deposited Plan 57663, Hundred of Dudley, County of Carnarvon.
