National Parks and Wildlife (Spring Mount Conservation Park) Proclamation 2013
under section 29(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Spring Mount Conservation Park) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Spring Mount Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Spring Mount Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Section 651, Hundred of Encounter Bay;
Allotment 100 in Deposited Plan 68900, Hundred of Encounter Bay;
Pieces 50 and 51 in Deposited Plan 90949, Hundred of Encounter Bay.
