National Parks and Wildlife (Bascombe Well Conservation
Park) Proclamation 2007
under section 29(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife
(Bascombe Well Conservation Park) Proclamation 2007.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Alteration
of boundaries of Bascombe Well Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Bascombe Well Conservation Park are altered by adding
to the Park the following Crown land:
Allotment 2 of Deposited Plan 28802, Hundred of Cowan, County of
Musgrave;
Allotment 100 of Deposited Plan 30376, Hundred of Cowan, County of
Musgrave;
Section 2, Hundred of Blesing, County of Musgrave.
