Natural Resources Management Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Natural Resources Management Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The following provisions of the Natural Resources Management
Act 2004 (No 34 of 2004) will come into operation on 1 July 2005
immediately before the commencement of clause 51 of Schedule 2 of the
Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary Act 2005:
(a) Chapter 2 Part 2;
(b) Chapter 3 Part 4;
(c) Chapter 3 Part 6;
(d) Chapter 4 Part 2;
(e) Chapters 6 to 10 (inclusive);
(f) sections 206 to 230 (inclusive);
(g) section 234;
(h) Schedule 2;
(i) the remaining provisions of Schedule 4.
