Natural Resources Management (Commercial Forests) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Natural Resources Management (Commercial Forests) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of sections
The following provisions of the Natural Resources Management (Commercial Forests) Amendment Act 2011 (No 44 of 2011) will come into operation on 4 October 2013:
(a) sections 6, 7, 8 and 9;
(b) sections 11 to 23 (inclusive).
